We are realtors, mortgage brokers and managing brokers that have been in the industry for 20+ years. We know it inside and out and are at the top of what we do. We know the daily struggle of having tools that just don't work the way we need them to. Our name, Amelio, comes from this struggle.

Ameliorate

[uh-mee-lee-uh]

is short for ameliorate /əˈmēlyəˌrāt/

1. make (something bad or unsatisfactory) better.

How?

We have 3 questions we ask ourselves whenever we build a new tool:

1. Is this simple to use?

2. Will this be useful to the realtor or the professional using it?

3. Will it save them time and money?

If the answer to all 3 questions is yes then we go ahead and build it. We also use all the technology we sell. We know what works, how it works and how to best use it.

We know there are a lot of real estate technology tools out there, and we want to stand out as providing the most realtor centric solutions on the planet.

The issues we see in the real estate industry technology sector right now:

1. There are too many real estate tools and they are all separate so you have to login to several different systems and enter in the same information over and over again.

2. Not one tool solves all problems.

3. Real estate technology is becoming too expensive for most to buy for long term.

4. There are a many private equity firms and companies that are investing in real estate technologies. They don't care about providing tools that work for you. They only care about maximizing their return on their investment.

5. Real estate advertising portals are becoming real estate companies and are now directly competing with the same people who helped them become massively profitable (think Zillow).

6. We know that bigger tech giants are buying up smaller companies that have built the tools real estate agents use.

How is Amelio different?

We place the real estate agent in the center of every tool we build.

We work in this industry so we know what works because we test out all our tools before we sell them. We also know what we wish some of the other tools we use did so that our jobs would be easier.

We promise to always deliver useful tools that are less expensive than our competitors.

This is to ensure you will actually use the tools we build, find it useful and be affordable for you, not just initially but in the long term.

We are a 100% privately held company with no outside investments.

We have chosen to do this so we can keep the realtor at the center of what we build instead of focusing on getting an investor a return on their investment.

We put our customers before our profits. 

We want to protect the real estate industry from big corporations that are only in it to profit off us. There have been too many companies that start off as a service or tool for realtors only to raise their price or try to compete with realtors in the market.

We ensure real estate agents own their own data.

We will never sell or give your data to any other company but we will make it easy for you to access and use your date in ways that work for your individual business needs.
